Shipping & Delivery

Packages are packed and shipped every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

We usually ship with PostNL. In the following document you can find the transit times.

Search for your country and then look under the "Parcels with Track and Trace" column.



To some countries we also allow you a premium shipping option with DHL Express, with which the package will arrive within 1 week.

If we have questions about the order you placed, such as about fulfilling your special request, we will try to contact you right away. If we are unable to reach you, your order may be delayed.

Would you for one reason or another prefer that we send your package with another carrier? Please contact us as soon as possible before or after placing your order.

Reflection time / return

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without stating reasons.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after delivery.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. in writing by post or e-mail). You can use the attached model withdrawal form, but you are not obliged to do so.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of the revocation
If you revoke the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us, without delay and in in any case no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract, we will refund you using the same payment method with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not be charged for such reimbursement.

Pay attention:
The reflection period does not apply to products that you buy on the street, at home or during day trips for less than 50 euros.

TEXTILE SERIES

Deze Sweets Lab serie is een studie over textiel en patronen. We hebben gekeken naar een aantal iconische stoffen om onze inspirartie uit te halen en zijn op deze unieke ideeën gekomen. Elke tama heeft een iconisch patroon die de tama uit laat staan terwijl het geweldige tracking (volgbaarheid) biedt.

:Houthakker:
Geïnspireerd door de winters in Minnesota en de legendarische Paul Bunyan. Deze tama heeft BROEK, een primeur voor ons bij Sweets. We wisten dat we de plaid van flanellen overhemden wilden ontdekken, maar de hele outfit bracht het ontwerp echt samen.t zwart-wit ontwerp eruit springt!
