Packages are packed and shipped about twice a week on varying days.
We usually ship with PostNL. For European countries outside of the Netherlands, PostNL will transfer the package to a local delivery company which will bring it to your door. You can always request a UPS or DHL Express upgrade, but extra charges will come along with this upgrade. In the following document you can find the transit times from PostNL.
Search for your country and then look under the "Parcels with Track and Trace" column.
To some countries we also allow you a premium shipping option with DHL Express, with which the package will arrive within 1 week.
If we have questions about the order you placed, such as about fulfilling your special request, we will try to contact you right away. If we are unable to reach you, your order may be delayed.

Reflection time / return
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without stating reasons.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after delivery.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. in writing by post or e-mail). You can use the attached model withdrawal form, but you are not obliged to do so.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of the revocation
If you revoke the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us, without delay and in in any case no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract, we will refund you using the same payment method with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not be charged for such reimbursement.
Pay attention:
The reflection period does not apply to products that you buy on the street, at home or during day trips for less than 50 euros.
The Joe Nelson Pro Model is made of a maple wood ken and beech tama. It features several tracking points and custom artwork that holds a special meaning. The ball features a deep red sunset fade with a white floral stripe around the center. The top shows a starry night and tree graphic, contrasting with the white and red stripes near the bevel. The tama is available in your choice of super stick or rubberized silk paint.
This impressive tama is set on a Jet shape Ken which has several unique graphics, plus the Kendama USA logo at the base of the handle. The rose symbolizes that the beauty in your hand will eventually wilt, so always go for it no matter what. The match represents the spark that starts everything; from a trick idea, a clip, or a moment during a competition. The moon is for the end of the comp, when the community gets together and vibes. The grafitti art on the basecup and the 908 area code are from his hometown and crew back in Jersey. The life force of Kendama is in the sesh.
