Orders will not be shipped on the following days. Shipping will then take place on the next working day.

What can you expect?
Kendama Senses processes the orders every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, from our headquarters in Zwolle. These are brought to a Post NL point and are usually collected the same day by PostNL. As soon as they have been picked up, they arrive in the Netherlands the next day. It sometimes takes a little longer for Belgium and Germany.
Standard shipment: (1 - 4 days delivery time within the Netherlands)
For questions about your order:
We currently use to deliver your order PostNL. We have found that PostNL is currently the most reliable service to get the package to your home as quickly as possible, within and outside the Netherlands. Do you know that PostNL often causes problems in your case? Then ask us if we can send the package with another carrier. In case of shipping outside of Netherlands, PostNL carries over the package to the local delivery company in your country. Do you have questions about your order regarding delivery? Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after delivery.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. in writing by post or e-mail). You can use the enclosed model withdrawal form, but you are not obliged to do so.
To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of the withdrawal
If you cancel the contract, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us without delay and in in any case, no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract, we will refund you with the same payment method as with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in in any case, you will not be charged for such reimbursement.
The reflection period does not apply to products that you buy on the street, at home or during day trips for less than 50 euros.
