What can you expect? 

Due to problems with DPD, we are now testing shipping with DHL. Do you have any feedback? Let us know.

Kendama Senses processes the orders on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. We ship the packages from our headquarters in Zwolle. There is a DHL point under our office, where we scan our packages. The packages are collected by DHL on the same working day. Normally, customers will then receive the package on the next business day. For Germany this may take one or two days longer.

Would you for one reason or another prefer that we send your package with another carrier? Please contact us as soon as possible before or after your order.

For questions about your order: 


For the delivery of your order we currently use DHL. Because a DHL point is located below our office, we choose to deliver our packages there. Do you know that in your case DHL often causes problems? Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without stating reasons.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after delivery.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. in writing by post or e-mail). You can use the attached model withdrawal form, but you are not obliged to do so.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of the revocation
If you revoke the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us, without delay and in in any case no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract, we will refund you using the same payment method with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not be charged for such reimbursement.

Pay attention:
The reflection period does not apply to products that you buy on the street, at home or during day trips for less than 50 euros.
